RETURN POLICY
We want you to have the best shopping experience! If the courier does not reach you or if the product arrives damaged, a refund will be provided. To ensure a smooth return process, please record a video while opening the parcel, as this will serve as proof. You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your parcel. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, health and personal care items may not be eligible for returns. Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or are returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable. Once purchased, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Please ensure that you review the details carefully before purchasing these items, as all sales are final.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method or through a bank transaction within 2 to 5 business days. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank for further assistance.
